MailCheap

Marc Lou launched the hosted version of MailCheap, a newsletter tool billed by the number of emails sent: from $19/month for 20,000 emails, up to 10,000 subscribers. The code has been open source since Oct 10, so you can host it yourself. Imports from beehiiv, Substack or Mailchimp, and everything can also be run from an AI agent (MCP, API). Marc Lou says he built it after beehiiv's price increases. Added to the catalogue with its checked price.

Lovable - Growth tools

Meta’s Muse AI agent (launched Sept 8 in the US) now connects to Instagram professional account analytics, Facebook Pages and Meta ad accounts, plus Canva, Shopify, Slack, Klaviyo and more. Free with usage limits; US and Canada only for now.

LinkedIn (AI slop)

LinkedIn explains how it limits generic AI-written posts. Members can flag a post or comment with the "Seems like AI slop" button (used by more than one million members since August). Classifiers limit how far this content spreads beyond the author's immediate network, and LinkedIn reports 40% fewer views on what it classifies as AI slop. The "enhance your post" feature is being replaced by a proofreading tool that keeps the author's voice. If you write posts with AI, keep your own point of view and examples, or your reach may drop.
